A meeting was held at Rotary Sadan on 10th December 2025, attended by Members President Vidhu, PP Pradeep Jewrajka and Secretary Meenakshi Krishna. The discussion focused on the upcoming District Conference (9th–11th January 2026), including the system for polling votes on 9th January from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM. Members of District 3291 were requested to attend the Conference in large numbers. PJ Sir, as DS - Projects, also explained the reasonable pricing for Conference registration and the distribution of blankets from the District.
